Driving School respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content appearing on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include the following information:
Required Information
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our website (please include specific URLs where possible)
- Contact information for the complaining party, including:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:
Required Counter-Notice Information
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information, including:
- Full name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

Send your counter-notification to the same DMCA agent listed above.
Our Response Process
Takedown Process
- Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- We will notify the user who posted the material of the removal
- We will provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
Counter-Notice Process
- If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will provide a copy to the original complaining party
- We will inform them that we will restore the material in 10-14 business days
- We will restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order against the user
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating user accounts and access privileges of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed or disabled by mistake may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
Educational Use and Fair Use
We respect fair use rights and educational purposes. Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use might be protected under fair use doctrine or other exceptions to copyright infringement.
